By pressing, you will fix the instructions you need, with the second press you will release the circle so that it hooks on the round platform. See the filling of the arrow, the fuller it is, the further the flight will be. Entering a big platform is not so tough, it is far more tough to enter into a small or extremely small one in Reach the Platform.
